Carol-Ann, so very sad to hear of Dave´s passing. You were both dear friends of Mom and Dad and will always remember with gratitude your attendance at Dad´s service at Depot in 2014. Sincere condolences to you and your family!

Dear Carol-Ann and family
Our sincere condolences on Dave´s passing. While Dave was a dedicated RCMP member that was greatly respected he was much more than that. He was so proud of his family and it was always nice to see you and Dave walking hand in hand at all kinds of downtown Victoria events. He will be missed.

Dave was my Federal Stats instructor in recruit training in Penhold, AB in 1969. He was knowledgeable and bright and very capable at his duties. I re-connected with him fondly many times since then in the course of our work. It is no exaggeration to describe him as truly "an officer and a gentleman". May he RIP.
