Our sincerest condolences go out to the Coe and Jones families on such a loss. Dawn was such an inspiration to so many young Canadian golfers. We miss the good old days at March Meadows watching Dawn, Kelly, Carol and Jim roaring around getting ready for her annual Jr Tournament - by far the best one in the country! Dawn always made time to give someone encouragement or even a private lesson. She was the ultimate ambassador to golf in this country and will be dearly missed. Mike Kral and Family!

I am so sorry for the huge loss of your dear wife and mother. May you be blessed with the courage and strength to get through each difficult day. I had the honor of being a teammate / friend of Dawn for 4 years at Lamar University . What a fun-loving and hard working person she was. From golfing, riding Coach Park's mopeds all over Beaumont, to enjoying her visit to my family's home in Maine back in the early '80s, the memories will always remain in the forefront of my heart. So many wonderful memories of such an AWESOME person. How blessed we all have been to have known DCJ. Love from Mary Ouellette and family in Millinocket, Maine.

Dawn will always hold a special place in our hearts. She was a great friend to our family. So many wonderful hockey memories. Shared carpools, fun weekends in various hotels for games, our sons growing up together playing this sport, all the laughs in between. She was the big sister I never had. Jimmy and Jimmy jr., may you find peace in the weeks ahead knowing your wife and mother touched the hearts of so many and was loved by all. Peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Dawn's death. She set an example for women who wish to travel in her path, especially in a field that is dominated by professional males.
I certainly hope that more research will help to eradicate brain cancer. As a word of encouragement, the Holy Scriptures give us much hope. Illness and death will be things of the past.

I recently herd about the passing of Dawn Coe Jones, I was shocked. Many many fun memories together as hockey parents. I not so long ago, talked with both Jimmy and Dawn, seems like yesterday.... Like just yesterday, that we talked, laughed and joked together as proud parents of our young hockey athletes..
So many good times, fun times together we all shared at practices, games, tournaments and USA Hockey Nationals. All of us together, for many many years, we shared and had that special gift in common...
Proud parents watchin our children grow and achieve. Dawn will "forever" be missed by many!!
For myself and my 3 children, Matthew, Ashley and Joseph, Our hearts have a huge void..
May God be with her now and forever .

My late husband & I watched Dawn play in a LPGA tournament in London Ontario in the 1980's along with Brandi Burton & other popular players of that time.
We were just a few feet from her on the tees.
Was so shocked to read & hear of her passing at such a young age.
My sympathies go out to her husband & son & families. God bless & rest her soul!
