PORTER, Donna Louise
(nee Arnold/Street)
June 5, 1944 - June 5, 2025
Born in Edmonton, Donna died peacefully in Victoria on her 81st birthday with her daughter by her side. Survived by daughter Shannon Arnold Beriker, sister Judith Walker, brother Doug Street, and her cousin Trudy McMurdo. Predeceased by her daughter Sheena Arnold, parents Vern and Trudy Street, biological father Donald Porter, son-in-law Levend Beriker, and the father of her children, Paul Arnold. She worked as a psychiatric nurse in Chilliwack and later in Child and Youth Care, specializing in eating disorder support. Donna loved travelling, collecting antiques, flowers, and time in nature.
A celebration of Donna's life will be held at HCP Gardens Pavilion, 505 Quayle Road, Victoria, BC on Sunday, September 14th, 2025, at 2:00-4:00pm. Please RSVP to:[email protected], if you wish to attend.

I am one of Donna´s nursing classmates and remember her from living in nurses´ residence. Her room was always beautifully decorated. She also helped decorate at one of our earlier reunions, her crafting skills were wonderful. My condolences to all her friends and family.
