Douglas Robinson Obituary
Douglas W. Robinson of Robinson's Outdoor Store died peacefully on December 3rd at 98 years old. He is survived by his 5 children: Wayne, Gayle, Diana (David), George, and Laurie (Dan), 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Doug began working at Robinson's as a young man alongside his father George, brother Gordon and brother-in-law Hank, and was involved in the business until his retirement. He was an avid sportsman and passionate about fishing, hunting, tennis, table tennis and spending his summers at Shawnigan Lake.
The family sends a special thank you to his amazing caregiver Riza who spent 13 years by his side.
An open house to remember him will be held on December 14th from 2-4 pm (contact [email protected] for location). Remembering Doug through donations to powertobe.ca would be greatly appreciated by the family.
