I'm so sorry to learn of Ed's passing. I knew him briefly a few years ago. I have fond memories of watching American Idol & Dancing With The Stars with him, Marie & Jay in the basement "lounge". A truly genuine & kind man who made me feel very welcomed. Rest in Peace Ed. Sincere condolences to all.

First my sincere condolences to Marie & the children, Jay, Scott, Michele
and Tracy. I well remember Ed & the boys from our time in the Gordon Head
Little League, where I coached, many years' ago. Ed was a very gracious, kind and compassionate
person who was very supportive during a "dark period" in my life. Knowing him made me a better person in my later life for which I will always be grateful, I hope y'all treasure the great memories of a great local "sports legend"(Shamrocks Lacrosse).
Best wishes to the entire family & friends. Robert(Bob) [email protected]

As a sports-playing kid growing up in Gordon Head, pretty much everyone knew Ed.
Ed always took the time to help every kid excel in athletics, no matter their skill level. He was always so kind and patient, something I really appreciated especially when I was struggling to prefect that textbook slapshot or hit a difficult curve ball.
Thank you, Ed, you are a special person!
