BIEBER, Eileen E. December 4, 1928 June 21, 2011 Passed away peacefully at the Central Care Rest Home in Victoria. Eileen was predeceased by her mother and father, Rosa and Bill Collins; sister Dot Fedosenko and brothers, Bob and Jack Collins. Eileen will be remembered by her husband Willard, five children, 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Eileen will be cremated and the family will respect her wishes for no service. Our family would like to sincerely thank the staff on the third floor at Central Care Rest Home who made her time there comfortable to the end. 629852
