Anita and all Owens family,
although we were only neighbors for 5 years we enjoyed getting to know Forrest and Anita. Forrest and Anita made us feel very welcome. Forrest´s patience, kindness and wit were so appreciated as we settled in to the `hood. Whether it was mowing his grass, installing his water pump, feeding the goats with his grandchildren he always had time for a hello and chat.
Anita and family, we are so sorry for your loss.

Forrest was my first cousin. His dad was my dad, Mervyn's, brother. Although I didn't see much of Forrest, I remember him best from when we were very little before his family moved to B.C. We were lucky enough to reconnect the past while through facebook. I am saddened to hear of his passing and send my love and prayers to Anita and the rest of his family.
