STEGGLES, Frank Arthur It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Arthur Steggles, from Victoria, BC, announce his passing in his sleep on Monday May 28th 2012 at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. Born in Leicester, England on 19th May 1921 to George Oliver and Marguerite, Frank lived to the ripe age of 91. Frank's hobbies included lace-making and traveling, and he had a fond love of animals and gardening. A widow of 15 years to his beloved wife Betty, brother to the late George Ernest and to the late Winifred, Frank is survived by his niece Valerie with her husband Michael, and her two children Wayne and David. At Frank's request no funeral service will take place. We intend to spread his ashes next to Betty's in St George's Church, Cadboro Bay where they were married. Frank is fondly remembered and sorely missed by friends and family.
