Garret Turner Obituary

TURNER, Garret June 28, 1977 - October 24, 2016 It is difficult to announce the death of an only son, taken too soon before he could bring to fruition all of his many creative, inspiring ideas. Garret passed away sometime on the 24th of October 2016, a Monday, a best guess following key timelines. He leaves to mourn immediate family members: mom Sharon and his pride and joy - daughter Amelia, dad Collin and stepmom Wanda, sisters Nicole and Cari, nephews Skyler and Devon and niece Lexi. Garret assisted many over the years with bicycle, mechanical and computer related requests. His sudden loss is felt deeply by many. A Celebration of Life will be announced early in 2017.

I knew Garrett when I was very young and met him again later in life and this is very sad news he will be missed for sure best electronics technician I've ever met alot of knowledge in that brilliant mind of his till we meet again brother.

We are trying to get hold of Garrett’s dad Collin. I used to babysit Garrett when he was very little when we lived in Nanaimo, we were shocked and saddened to hear about his death. So sorry.

I was friends with Garrett for many years and was shocked to hear about his passing. I found this and decided to post my thoughts and memories about Garrett.....he was a friendly guy and very knowledgeable about mechanics and electronics ... since his passing many times I've felt lost needing his advice and just someone to hang out with.....I pray that he is happily settled into his new job of guardian angel for his daughter....
