Gary Ralfs Obituary
July 30, 1948 - July 18, 2023
Gary Victor Ralfs, born July 30, 1948 in Victoria, BC, passed away on July 18, 2023, at VGH. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jackie, his sons Lonnie and Willie, daughter- in-law Gina, and his three much-loved grandchildren: Kolton, Addie, and Jax.
Gary was a dedicated employee of the BC Government for 35 years and co-owned A&R Marine Repair alongside George Addlington. He had a passion for fishing aboard the 'Happy Hooker' and was an active supporter of local football, lending a helping hand with the Mt. Doug Rams, Belmont Bulldogs, and Spectrum Thunder teams.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Cancer Society or the SPCA. A celebration of Gary's life will be held at a later date.

Although we didn't chum around too much in our high school years, I was in some of his classes. I always found him to be friendly and helpful to others.

I went to Esquimalt Junior Highschool with Gary. Most lunch hours were spent on the football field. I never saw him after High School. RIP,Gary.

I am sorry to hear about Gary. I worked with him for most of my career with the BC Government. I even got to go fishing with him once when he took some us out on the boat. He was a wonderful man.

Please accept my Sincere Condolences. Through Junior and Senior high School and a 35 year Career, Gary was always a big part of activities and added great color to our lives. A special guy who will be greatly missed.
