Fletcher girls,
I'm thinking of you now and always will. I can't imagine what you are and will be going through, but know that you have a friend here. You must know by now that Gavin was well liked, he entered every room with smiles and left it with more. Of course, he will be greatly missed.

Natalie, Claudia and Sophia,
We are so very sorry for your loss! I only met Gavin once and thought he was a good guy. I'm only sorry we didn't get to know all of you better. We wish you strength to get through this very difficult time.

To Gavin's Family,
My thoughts are with you Natalee and girls through this very difficult time. I was fortunate to meet Gavin and Claudia 4 years ago with my daughter Jennifer - and always said hi to one another from that moment forward. My thoughts are with you Natalee and girls.

To Gavin's Family:
I went to high school in Alexandria, ON with Gavin was shocked and saddened to learn of his untimely death. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. When I knew Gavin, he was a fun loving, friendly adolescent who took lots of kidding about his bike shorts in stride. I'm sure that his spirit, sense of humour and kindness will live on in his children.

To Gavins family,I am sad and sorry for the void and feeling of emptiness that Gavins departure has brought. I remember Gavin for his smile and the bike rides we enjoyed together, he taught me a different way to ride and we shared the love of the bike together on memerable occassions in both good and bad weather. Thank You Gavin

Gavin was a great friend of my brother Ray, I have great memories of playing hockey in our backyard growing up in Dollard. He was a true friend and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

To those who new him,
I did not know Gavin. I am not even sure if we ever shook hands or exchanged glances during those last gruelling moments of a hard race. However we did share the common bond of being runners, devoted to our families and the sport. When I read about Gavin I could have read about myself.A young man passionate about sport but found the delicate balance between it and his family.Gavin and I shared the same friends but I did not know him. I ran for Gavin today. In his memory I ran with great heart and drive as I knew he would. I had a great run.
Thanks Gavin.

I'll always remember Gavin as a driven competitor with a quick mind and perfect comedic timing. When Gavin first met my wife this past summer, he promptly gave her a big hug. That is how I remember Gav. Larger than life. Our deepest sympathies to Natalie, Claudia, Sophia and both the Fletcher and Dallago families.
