In Loving Memory

With profound love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Geraldene (Gerry) Elizabeth Twomey, on July 19, 2025, at the age of 95.

Geraldene's kindness and compassion touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her beautiful smile could light up any room, and her unwavering warmth and empathy brought comfort to all who knew her. She lived a life rooted in love, faith, and quiet strength. To know her was to be deeply loved.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sons, John and Mark, and her treasured grandson, Shawn.

Geraldene is lovingly remembered by her surviving children: Timothy (Wynanne), Matthew (Brenda), Catherine (Chris), and Elizabeth; her adored grandchildren Justin, Michaelynn (Brad), Christian (Deb), Meagan (Brian) and Benjamin (Carly); and her precious great-grandchildren Braydon, Grace, Paige, April, Kyler, Isabella, and Maeve. Her family was her joy, her pride, and the love that filled her life.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the compassionate and dedicated staff at The Cridge, Bridgeview and Mount Saint Mary Hospital who cared for our mother with kindness and deep respect. We will forever be grateful for their support and gentle care.

Geraldene's beautiful spirit will remain a guiding light in our lives, and her love will forever be carried in our hearts.
