Gin KWAN Obituary

Gin Nam (Dick) Kwan of Victoria, BC passed away at 87 yrs. old on October 30, 2021 comfortably at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Gin Nam was born in China but moved to Canada at 23 yrs. of age to work. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather leaving behind his wife Chui Ting, daughter Wanda Lou-Poy, son Garry Kwan, daughter Hannah Kwan, grandson Ryan Lou-Poy, granddaughter Pamela Lou-Poy, granddaughter Tammy Kwan. Thank you to the caring hospital staff at Royal Jubilee Hospital and the kind and conscientious care by Dr. Timothy Troughton.
