Born February 17, 1937, in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, Vern passed away on December 4th, 2023. Predeceased was his wife of 54 years Florence England. Vern leaves behind his son, daughter, brother and four grandchildren and many friends. The family wishes to thank the kind and caring staff at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital. Celebration of life will take place in the Spring of 2024.
