Jack SLATER Obituary

SLATER Jack Kevin passed away on January 14th, 2004 at the age of 83. Jack was born on December 16th, 1920 in Calgary, Alberta. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years Janet , son J.P., daughters Lynn (Frank) Nash and Tammy, granddaughter Wendy, grandsons Jason, Leigh and Ian, great grandchild Brandon, sister Laurel (Darrel), brother Bob and cousin Shirley (Bill). Jack was honorably released from his position as Chief Petty Officer 1st Class from the Royal Canadian Navy on August 1st, 1966, and retired from 44 years of public service. No service by request.
