Jack WOLFE Obituary

Jack elected a gentle passing from his long, exhausting journey due to lung and heart conditions. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, brother-in-law, father-in-law, uncle, cousin and neighbour.
Family describes him as: Family was everything; home body; pride in his kids and grandkids; affectionate; funny; joyful; loved dogs; a dog with a bone – a Jack Russell; high energy and endurance; 'Pawpaw'; like to organize and fix things; sincere; adventurous; Gnome with a Tilley; but mostly, deeply loved and will be missed.
We cannot express the gratitude felt with the incredible support of Home Support, VIHA Peninsula Community Services; in particular, the Palliative Team. In lieu of flowers, we ask the latter group receive any donation made in Jack's name to Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation.

At his request, there is no funeral. Our family will celebrate with a picnic to share Dad jokes and where the kids and dogs can run wild. He'd love it!
Always in our hearts, LOVE YOU MORE.

Am saddened to see this. I worked with Jack almost daily for about 34 yrs. and he was a great co-worker, utterly reliable and level headed. I had not realized he was so ill, hadn't seen him for a couple of years. Condolences to Darlene.
