Jim always enjoyed working on cars. One time he offered to clean the engine of a car that I'd taken many times to mechanics. Jim immediately noticed that one of my hoses was disconnected, so he fixed it, and my car never ran better. He kept his garage so clean & tidy too!
My sincere condolences to Ingrid and the entire family.
