James MOULD Obituary
July 12, 1922 ~ April 22, 2013
Jim was predeceased by his father Charles, and mother Helen; brothers, Allen, Charles, Russell, Bill, Ernie & Sam; sisters, Nellie & Rose; James is survived by his wife of 65 years, Alice; children, Sharon (David) Newman, Ruby (John) Whipp, sisters, Grace Connery, Irene (George) Ollech & Shirley Sutherland; grandchildren, Don (Julie), Chris (Tara), Sonya (Paul); great grandchildren, Chase, Grayson, Megan, Kelly, Jesse & Madeline & numerous nieces & nephews.
Jim served in the South Alberta Regiment as an infantryman and tank driver. He fought during WW11 in England, France, Belgium, Holland & Germany. He later drove truck and took part in the construction of many of the logging roads on Vancouver Island & West Coast of BC. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, watching sports, especially hockey and football.
A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 12:30 PM, Port Alberni Legion, 4680 Victoria Quay, Port Alberni, BC.
