Janice Kellington Obituary

It's the saddest of news that the family must announce the passing of Janice. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Sylvia Kellington and older brother Robert (Bob). She will be missed by her sisters Julie Van Netten (Ralph-deceased), Luana Johnston (Bill), Berna Davies and brother Martin. Many nieces and nephews who found her the "cool" Aunt...and dearest old friends like Maureen and Jan.
"...as the years pass, we've come to appreciate the important things in life - peace of mind, sense of fulfillment, and the comfort a loving family brings...that is why, more than ever, we know now how lucky we feel to have had a sister as wonderful as you". We will surely miss our full compliment Hawaii vacations and frequent trips to Salmon Arm BC. Heartfelt 'thank you' extended to health care professionals at Royal Jubilee Hospital.
Service and Interment: Memorial Gardens Chapel, at First Memorial, 4725 Falaise Crescent, Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 2 PM.

Sending my love and condolences for the passing of a friend! Janice and I were in high school at Mount View! We were on the same basket ball team! We were the tall Amazon women of the school! I bumped into Janice in Hawaii and in her Oak Bay Restaurant! Dear Janice I will see you again one day! Peace and love to you and your family.

"Mitz" Kellington, as Axel dubbed her when we worked together at the Sherwood Park Hotel. She was always a joy to be with. We all went separate ways and lost touch, as happens in life. Her memory brings a smile to my face.
Condolences to your family,

My condolences to the Kellington Family. I will always remember the fun times we had working together at Bradys burnside Fish and Chip shop in the mid sixties - good times.
