LOCKHART, John LCDR Ret. John Stewart Lockhart passed away in Victoria on January 4, 2012. He was born in St. John, New Brunswick on July 16, 1949. A Memorial Service will be Celebrated in MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson and Vancouver Streets, at 2:30 pm on Saturday, March 3, 2012.
