Judith BRYDON Obituary

1942 - 2024
It is with broken hearts, we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie and Friend, Judith Brydon. Judy was fortunate to have lived in and traveled Europe for some years and after an early retirement enjoyed much more travel with her loving husband Glenn. She loved spending winters in Mexico and when home on the West Coast she was happiest spending time in her garden and on their boat relaxing and fishing. She spread love and happiness to everyone who was lucky enough to have known her. Judy will be dearly missed by all of her friends and family here in Canada and throughout the world. Judy is predeceased by her husband Glenn and survived by son, Darrell (Nicole with Luke and Tate) and stepchildren Alan (Kathy with Emily), Ron (Lynn with Courtney and Hillary), Audrey (Sean with Brandon), sister Laurie and brother Richard, including many nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday June 22, 2024, 1:00 pm at Nootka Rose Atrium in the Langford Business Center, 2840 Peatt Rd #211, Langford, BC.

Fond memories of Judy (& Glenn) - being the most fun couple when they
lived here in Deep Bay. Never did figure out which one was the instigator in their pranks - but we all loved the both of them and will miss them both - but
knowing they are together again makes it a little easier. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family now.

We miss you so much, we have so many amazing and beautiful memories from times of us being young children to eventually adults...all with new memories for our own children to share with you. Broken washers and dryers from a family of 6 showing up on your doorstep, catching any sea creatures we could get our hands on with Darrell answering any questions we may have had, fishing trips, camping trips, walking dogs, watching Uncle Glenn eat oysters raw, having dinners, having beers and wine, enjoying life...you both had shaped our parents lives, our lives and we are so grateful to use that knowledge, love and understanding with our own children. We love you, forever and always. Brenda, Natasha, Colby, Brett and Sam.

Judy was always such a beautiful loving person. We had many happy joyful times with Judy and Glenn. Fishing, backyard barbeques, visiting at each others homes. I always felt Judy was more a sister to me than a cousin, I will miss her so very much! Patricia Dumond (Vern)

Judy was one of the most amazing people you could ever meet. Her essence was joy!
Our camping and fishing adventures were the best.Judy shared their night snack around the fire. Yummy grilled cheese and onions sandwiches.
Became a tradition to all.
See you soon Judy!
You'll be in the greeting line to welcome us in heaven

Such sad news. I hadn't seen Judy in so many years but loved seeing her on Facebook. She was the most lovely lady and I am blessed to have her as my cousin. Hugs to all of her family. I will miss Judy
