It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judith Ann Meier, who left us on November 6, 2023 to embark on a new journey beyond this world. She departed peacefully, surrounded by the love and warmth of family.
Judith Ann Meier was born on December 5, 1943 to Max and Ann Schmidt in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she spent her early years and laid the foundation for a life filled with remarkable experiences and cherished memories.
Judith and her husband Denis moved to Victoria in 1974 with their children Matthew and Morgan to start a new life.
Throughout her lifetime, Judith touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. She was known for her hospitality and commitment to her family.
Judith had an enduring love for travel and she dedicated countless hours to the PTA , Santa's Anonymous and the 1994 Commonwealth Games.
She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband, Denis Meier of 55 years, son Matthew (Jolin) Meier and daughter Morgan Kozyn plus 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who provided support and care during this difficult time.

Judith Ann Meier has now found peace, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all those who were privileged to know her.
