Kimberly Proctor Obituary
PROCTOR, Kimberly Patricia Taken from us on March 18, 2010. Born January 1, 1992 in Victoria, she was the daughter of Fred and Lucy (Bilhete) Proctor of Victoria. Kim was a kind-hearted girl who had a true love for animals, especially cats. She was very social and cared deeply for her friends and family. Kim was always willing to help people in need. Survived by her parents, Fred and Lucy; brother, Rob; paternal grandparents, Bob and Linda; maternal grandparents, Luis and Gloria Bilhete; auntie Jo (Kent) Landolt, Titia, Delia Bilhete; cousins, Marissa and Marina Landolt; as well as several other aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Kim's Life will be held at The West Shore Recreation Centre on Sunday, April 18 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA or Wild Arc Society. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to their relatives, friends and the community for the overwhelming support shown to them. Psalms 147:3 says, 'He is healing the broken hearted ones and binding up their painful spot'. Dear Fred, Lucy and Rob. I only met Kim once, but I will always remember the smile she had on her face when around her friends. She was an amazing person and will be missed greatly here at Belmont, and everywhere else.

Lucy, Fred, Rob & Family,
Our thoughts and prayers have been with your family during this horrific time. Our girls were best friends for quite a few years, and we will miss Kimmy.
