Sheila,
I am so sorry it has taken such a public forum for me to send my condolences to you and your family. I heard about Lisa's death shortly after she died. I was living abroad at the time or would certainly have come to her service. As you know, I had known Lisa all of her life. Her death was extremely difficult for me to process as she was the first friend, of my own age, who died - and so tragically.
I cannot imagine what you and your family went through, particularly with Meron's death not far off.
I feel like a coward that it has taken this long for me to speak up. Maybe that is the gift of the internet and your memoriam. To know that people are still thinking of her and miss her greatly. I have two teenage children now and cannot imagine the pain of loosing a child. No doubt it is from you that Lisa got got her incredible strength. She was an amazing person. She still crosses my dreams from time to time.
My thoughts are with you, Auntie Sheila, and my best to Craig and Daryl.
