LLOYD DANIELS Obituary
DANIELS LLOYD Alffred. Surrounded by his family, Lloyd passed away peacefully at the Royal Jubilee Hospital on December 26, 2002. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Lillian 'Grace'; children Stan (Christine), Muriel (Stan) Hoffmann and Marilyn (Ron) Walker; grandchildren Tim and Terry Dennett, Steve and Brian Hoffman, and Michael, Kathy, Jacquie and Cheryl Walker; five great-grandchildren, as well as his extended family and friends. A native Victorian, born July 6, 1919, Lloyd worked for over 30 years for the Municipality of Oak Bay, retiring in 1979. He enjoyed playing the drums with numerous musical groups and was a member of the Retired Oak Bay Employees Union. A funeral service will be held atTHE SALVATION ARMY VICTORIA CITADEL, 4030 Douglas Street, on Thursday, January 2, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served, followed by interment at Royal Oak Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Community Care Ministries, 4030 Douglas St., Victoria, B.C. V8X 5J6.
