FALLIS, Margaret Fisher Ferguson Margaret was born in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan March 10, 1920: BA (Honours), MA, artist, world traveller, philanthropist, successful businessperson, lay minster, life-long student, loving wife, mother and friend. Respected by all who knew her for her strength of spirit, honesty and sense of fairness. Loved by many for her kindness, generosity and loyalty; her quick wit will be missed by all. Still with us in spirit, she passed away peacefully at her home in Victoria with her family at her side on April 21, 2005. Survived by her brother Robert (Norma) Ferguson, sister Sheelagh (the late Gord) Barrable, daughters Penny (Bryan) Harvey and Shanti (Rainer) Huebner, son David (Micheline) Fallis, 9 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by her 1st husband Lt. Jack Love (D-Day, 1944), 2nd husband Lt. Col. Keith Fallis (Mar 6, 1980), son Robert Fallis (May 22, 1976), father Dr. George Ferguson (Mar 1, 1964), mother Helen Ross Ferguson (Feb 3, 1983), sisters Helen Ferguson Hart (Aug 1, 1964) and Patricia Ferguson (Dick) Motherwell-Dyke (George) (Nov 1995) and brother David Ferguson (Jul 2003). 73479

My condolences to the family. Since growing up in Fort Qu'Appelle, I have been a lifelong friend of the Ferguson family. My daughter, Anne McCaw and I send our sincere sympathy for the passing of Margaret.
