Margaret PRICE Obituary
PRICE Margaret (Peggy) Elizabeth. We are heartbroken to announce the death of our dear 'Muffin'. Peggy suffered a great deal in the last five years, but she faced each illness with courage and determination and stood her pain without complaint. This time she was too weak to fight with her usual spirit and she died with dignity on September 3, 2004, surrounded by her family. Peggy was a devoted wife, a wonderful grandma and a mum without equal. She was tiny in stature but leaves a huge space that can never be filled. She will be forever loved and remembered by all whose lives she touched for her sense of humour, her caring for others and for her courage and spirit which have been an inspiration to us all. Left to mourn are her family of which she was so proud, husband Bill of 59 years, daughters Sue and Karen, grandchildren Gareth and Hayley and son-in-law John. Also her many close friends as well as family, friends and extended family here and around theworld. Our sincere thanks to her doctors and to the staff of Royal 3. Friends are invited to join the family for a memorial service and celebration of her life at First Memorial, Falaise Drive on Tuesday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peggy's name can be made to the BC Transplant Foundation, West Tower, 3rd Floor, 555 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C.
