LOCK, Michael D.
June 17, 1942 - June 26, 2023

With broken hearts we announce the passing of Mike due to complications of Parkinson's.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Jennifer, daughter Melissa, stepson Glen (Sharon) grandsons Aidan, Dylan and Ethan, stepson Dale (Mary-Anne), stepbrother Don (Wendey), stepsister Diane (Jim), cousins in the UK.
Mike was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Brodeur on March 3, 2023, his father Donald Lock, 1986 and his stepfather Phil Brodeur, 2013.
Mike was a proud member of the RCMP for 32 years serving in Carlyle, LaLoche, Lumsden, Watrous, Bengaugh and Regina, retiring as Staff Sergeant.
Mike was also a successful Realtor for almost 30 years starting his career in Sechelt, moving to Victoria and settling with Pemberton Holmes.
Mike enjoyed running around Elk Lake, golfing, bike riding, skiing and many cruises over the years.
The family would like to thank all the staff and Dr. Bourdon in Unit 1 at Saanich Peninsula Hospital Extended Care for the loving kindness, care and support during the past five months. Thanks also to Dr. Peter Houghton and Dr. Wayne Shtybel for their care over the years.
