HOGAN, Norman Roy
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of N. Roy Hogan on June 10, 2023. Roy was born in Victoria on June 25, 1932.
Roy proudly served in the Canadian Navy for several years and has requested to be buried at sea.
Roy was a devoted and caring husband to Barbara and an outstanding father to Norman (Karin), Darryl (Tracy) and Sandra (Greg). Roy also proudly took on the role of stepfather to Leonard (Daisy) and Elizabeth for the past 40+ years. Roy will be lovingly remembered by his 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Roy's family will hold dearly all of the good memories and be forever grateful for all that he did for them.
Rest in peace. We love you.
