WATIER, Normand William December 2, 1941 - December 31, 2020 My dear beloved husband passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on December 31, 2020, in Victoria, BC at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Norm was born on December 2, 1941 in Montreal, Quebec. Predeceased by his brother, Bernard; he is survived by his wife, Amy; sisters, Sylvie and Jocelyne and his nephews, Philippe and Maxime. Norm's gentle and generous presence will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Norm was a banker and had many interesting experiences in Bogotá, Columbia and Mexico. Amy, I was saddened to hear of Norms passing. I spoke with him several times when I came to the salon and he seemed like a lovely man. I know he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Barb
