Ola Leah Bouknight

BOUKNIGHT, Ola Leah Born April 10, 1911 at Bluffdale, Texas. Died at the Victoria General Hospital on March 7, 2006, one month short of her 95th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Vernon in 1977, Ola is survived by her daughter, Margaret Buchmann (Bert), grandson Max Buchmann (Natalie), granddaughter Sarah Dodds (Owen); two great-grandchildren (Aidan and Amy) and a sister, Marie Wright of Weatherford, Texas. Ola was a skilled textile artist and she leaves a legacy of beautiful quilts in the homes of family, friends and many other people across the continent. She will be sadly missed.
