Jim and Penny fondly remember Peter for his wit, kindness, energy and contribution in whatever he was involved in. He was a great neighbor at White Birch and fellow parishioner at Holy Trinity Anglican church in North Saanich. Peter was one of the passengers of the "Holy Roller" van which drove people to service on Sundays and he always entertained us on the route with stories. He loved his cat Lilly May--this morning I woke up and wondered who adopted her? You have earned your Rest Eternal, Peter. Penny & Jim Donaldson

It was a privilege and honour to know you Peter and to share your life with our family. Happy memories of Birthdays and New Year´s celebrations and many community barbeques. You were always the life of the party. You will live on forever in our hearts.

Condolences to all those close to our dear friend Peter G. Chance. Peter was the founding Executive Director of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award for Youth in BC/Yukon. Attached is a photo when he met the second Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward, in Vancouver April 2023. The second photo is at Esquimalt Memorial Park on ANZAC Day and the third Peter as a guest speaker at a citizenship ceremony. He touched many people.

What an honour to have met and enjoyed the company of this wonderful man in his last years. The glass was always half full. Eternally optimistic, he embraced all the good things his life offered. Rest In Peace Peter. You are missed.
