LEDUC, Philip Richard June 26, 1973 - September 25, 2022 On Sunday, September 25, Philip Richard Leduc passed away. He was forty-nine. Phil will be missed and is loved by his family and friends. Phil's dedication to stand-up comedy was a hit with local crowds who enjoyed his style. He was also a talented guitar player who shared his love of music with many people. As an artist, Phil kept his art private, sharing mostly with family and close friends. Always a caring person, Phil was quick to look after other people's needs ahead of his own; from spending his breaks playing guitar with a resident of a nursing home to ensuring his friends were safe when necessary. Phil had a big heart that touched many and love that reached many more. A Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Sands Funeral Chapel - Duncan, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Phil's name may be made directly to Ocean Place, 414 Island Highway W, Parksville, BC, V9P 1K8.
