Well what can I say, there will never be another Randall, (Randy to us). I met him in Victoria when he would come over to my dad's house next door to his parents house and there would be a knock on the sliding glass door and dad would always say 'Randy's here". That would start an almost 25 year friendship between us. Randy helped me build that small house up on one of the gulf islands, and then he traveled to Alberta to work with me. Then when I started working internationally Randy wanted to be a part of that, as a result, we together worked in many countries. Both of us were so exited to be traveling and working around the world. When I phoned him around 2003 or 2004 and told him about Thailand he got a plane ticket, and then he went to live in Thailand for a number of years. He was always the same wherever he was in the world, endless patience and liked by everyone. If you had Randy as a friend then you had a real friend. I will miss he endless Winnipeg Manitoba stories because " Everything is always better in Winnipeg" according to Randy. Anyways Rest In Peace my Brother and when I think of you I will smile and remember all that we enjoyed and experienced together all of the world. Rod
