Dear Norma, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your familyin this soreful time.
Don's time with Ray will be forever in his good memories. From him he learnt his lifelong love of airplanes.
For me it was the fun times and laughs we shared in Arizona
With sympathy for you and yours, and gratefullness that we had time with Ray.

Ray was always such a gentleman and a true friend to so many. I feel fortunate to have worked with Ray at GAS even though it was only for a short while; it still brings a smile when I think of some of the things we joked about. Our thoughts are with Norma and family during this tough time.

Ray was a good friend of my high school days at Esquimalt High (Head Street). Both he and Tom Boyle were great buddies at the time when my father had died and my mother had moved into the neighbourhood.
Also, Ray's parents were very welcoming and kind to me, then fatherless at 14 years of age.
My condolences and sympathy to the family.
Sincerely,

Betty Schofield

Ray was a dearly loved brother and brother-in-law, always including our grandchildren with his. No doubt, he and Alan are discussing airplanes and cars whilst his niece, Margaret, serves tea and Dutch Bakery cookies!
With love and so many happy memories of family times together. Betty
