Richard was a kind and cheerful man. Dedicated to the vintage car hobby. Willing volunteer and a quick smile always.

Richard was a valuable member of the Vintage Car Club of Canada, Victoria Chapter for the past 28 years. He was always a willing and cheerful volunteer and worker, in charge of various functions and positions in the Chapter, and an Executive Member for a number of years. He is certainly missed.
Thank-you Richard for who you were, and for what you contributed. You were very much appreciated.
RIP my friend.

We are so sorry for your loss David and family. Richard was a good friend and we had great times in high school doing the announcements and sock hops. I remember racing #28 hobby stock at Riverview Raceways. This kept us busy making repairs until the next race. We will miss you, Richard.
