NICOL, Richard Allan (Retired Squadron Leader, Royal Canadian Air Force & Retired Sergeant at Arms, BC Legislature, 1985 to 1995) Born October 4th, 1924 in Calgary, Alberta Passed away peacefully December 21st, 2006 in Victoria, British Columbia. Richard Nicol, dearly beloved husband of the late Jean (nee: Blissett). Loving father of Lorraine Buchan (Robert), Marian Mullett (Mel), Steve Nicol (Linda) and Robert Nicol (Tammy). Fondly remembered by his 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Richard will be sadly missed by his 2 sisters, Betty Sewell (Tom) and Velva Wells; his companion of 5 years, Lil Hall, his relatives and many friends. A Funeral Service will be held at Sands of Colwood, 317 Goldstream Avenue, Colwood, BC on Thursday, December 28th, 2006 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Hatley Memorial Gardens, Victoria, BC. 326297
