Richard Reed Obituary
1925 - 2023
In the early morning of October 17, 2023 Dick passed away.
A Veteran, he served in Royal Canadian Navy, shortly after he joined the RCAF and retired after 25 years.
He leaves behind his loving wife Maxine, of 75 years; his children, Linda Desjardins and Steve Reed; grandchildren, Tina Robinson, Trevor Desjardins and Christina Reed and great-grandson Mason Robinson.
Dick had a wonderful sense of humour and was always described as a kind, soft spoken and gentle man.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Condolences may be offered at

Dear Maxine, I am so very sorry to read about Dick's passing. Dick always had a pleasant word or two for me whenever I saw him and while he was often quiet I liked his sense of humor and the twinkle in his eye. Every Christmas I use the wooden reindeer napkin holders that he made for me and I think of him fondly. He loved you so much and you have so many memories to cherish. Dick will be missed. Condolences to you, dear Maxine, and to the family.
