Predeceased by his parents, Reg and Elsie Driver, Rick is survived by extended family and friend, Elma
. Rick was born and lived his life in Victoria. He worked at the BC Transit System for many years. He was a quiet, kind gentle man who loved his vegetable garden and fishing upon retirement

Rick and I were good friends and had a lot of good times together over the many years. He was always welcoming and enjoyable to talk to on my later visits to Victoria. old buddy, Dave Davies

I was only thinking of Reginald a few weeks ago and am saddened to hear of his passing. I always looked forward to his dental visits and we would always greet each other with our 'real' names. Rick was a light hearted soul that always made me smile and he will be truly missed.

I worked with Rick for many years. I have many smiling moments when I think of Rick. Such a beautiful soul! His laugh was always enough to make me laugh.
