Bob was a lovely man that I know from the neighbourhood as he lived one block behind us on Dallas. Sometimes I would see him on the street but more often we would stop and chat as he walked along the Ross Bay waterfront. Such a delight he was. He always had a bright smile and a big hello, he was a joy to chat with and he clearly loved life and everything in it. To his wife and family my deepest condolences at your loss. Bob was a bright light in a challenging world and I am happier for knowing him.

Thinking back to first meeting Bob over 60 years ago when he, Judy and I all worked for BofM and he and Judy were dating. We had the best coffee breaks and always a lot of laughter.
In later year our relationship was at the bridge table and again there was always laughter.
Thanks for the great memories Bob.

I did not know Bob, but we used to chat on our morning walk. He was a gracious, and lovely gentleman. I miss our little chats. RIP

I have fond memories of walking with Bob along Dallas Road with Sasha and Kylie, my dogs. He was such a joyous person. Always very positive. My heart goes out to you Judy.

So sorry to hear of your loss of Bob.
Our family has such fond memories of camping together at the Shuswap all those years ago.
I know my mom and dad truly enjoyed the time they spent with you and Bob, those memories are special to us all.
Thinking of you during this difficult time.
Hugs Lisa & Randy Somogyi
