Robert Bruce Kirk passed away suddenly in his sleep on February 28, 2026, in Brentwood Bay, BC. Born in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Rob will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Christina Maggiora; his sons, Zak and Theo; his mother, Colleen Peake; his siblings, Julie Topp (Adam), Ang Choe (Ron), Sarah Kirk, and Mona Kirk; his nieces and nephews, Evan, Oliver, Kai, Weller and Natalia; and his in-laws, Bernie and Linda Maggiora and Kary and Roland Otterstein.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Fieldhouse, Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre, 1767 Island Highway, Victoria, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (www.heartandstroke.ca).
