PARSONS, Robert Derek April 6, 1961 - January 27, 2022 Robert Derek Parsons, born in 1961, has sadly passed away January 27th, 2022. He is predeceased by his mother Marjorie Susan Parsons, father Ernest Arthur Parsons, and sister Barbara-Jo Parsons. Survived by his daughter Dezzeray Deneise Dianne Parsons, partner Mandy Gerry, sister Paulette Willett, brother-in-law Steve Willett, brother Lorne Parsons, sister Wendy van Schaik, his four cats (Lili, Bella Boo, Mouse, & Kit Kat) and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Rob was a Jack of all trades, and his hobbies were many. He was artist, singer, dancer, cook, instructor, builder, carpenter, roadie, custodian, and gamer. Like Rob always said, "I stick out like a turd in a punch bowl." He touched many lives in many ways. When Rob entered a room, his colorful personality hit you like a tsunami. His viewing will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel - Colwood (317 Goldstream Ave), from 2-4pm on Saturday, February 19th. There will be a virtual viewing for those who are unable to attend.
