McCLUNG, Robin Charles With a heavy heart, I announce the unexpected passing of my beloved son, Robin on April 4, 2016. He was predeceased by his father, Dallas. Robin was a treasure to all who knew him. He leaves his partner, Maria; much loved children, Kris and Erika; mother, Ann; siblings, Tom (Aleksander), Bill/Sue, Tricia (Logan and Kelsey) plus many aunts, uncles, sisters- and brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, with a multitude of great friends. Robin was born in Edmonton on April 21, 1967. He was an Esquimalt kid through and through, playing lacrosse, hockey and ball. Coaching young people was his passion. Robin always enjoyed gatherings with family and friends, cruising in his boat and the outdoors. Robin had a very successful career as an accomplished and respected electrician. Our family is very grateful for your prayers and condolences at a very difficult time. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Chiefs and Petty Officers' Mess, 1575 Lyall Street, Esquimalt, BC on April 21, 2016 at 4:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to KidSport Greater Victoria, Box 345, 185-911 Yates Street, Victoria, BC V8V 4Y9 or a charity of your choice.
