Rodney Nyberg Obituary

Our hearts are heavy to announce Rod Nyberg's sudden death by heart attack. Rod lived his whole life in the Sooke area. He leaves behind his wife, Tia Leschke, mother Irene, brothers Arne and Vern, and children, Stephen, Emily Rose, and Lars (Sydney). Rod was a special father to Tia's children, Heather (Andrew) and Noah and grandfather to Heather's children.

A celebration of his life will be held at Art Morris Park in Sooke, on September 15th at 2 pm. Sooke Community Hall is reserved in case of bad weather.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
