SHEPHERD, Roy F. January 3, 1929 - June 4, 2022 We will celebrate Dr. Roy Shepherd's life on Friday, October 14 at 4:00 pm at Goward House, 2495 Arbutus Rd. Please wear masks. It will also be on Zoom. Please contact family for Zoom link. A longer obituary was in the Times Colonist June 11-13, 2022.
