Ruth Head Obituary
HEAD, Ruth Elizabeth
Ruth passed peacefully at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC, beloved wife of the late Peter Head (1990), in her 96th year on October 13, 2024.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, David, and his wife Annette, by her daughter, Marilyn Rathwell, and grandchildren, Peter James Rathwell and Renée RuthAnne Rathwell. Predeceased by her parents James and Frances McMorran, brother Keith and sister Dorothy (Murray) Sitter, sister-in-law of the late Murray Sitter, Marian (Emil) Bonkoff, Sheila (Norris) Thompson and Michael (Sandra) Head. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
At Ruth's request, cremation has been arranged in Victora and a family graveside service at Oneida United Church Gore Cemetery with family Funeral Home, Hagersville, ON. Those wishing to donate in Ruth's memory, a donation to the charity of your choice will be appreciated.
