Sandra Walters Obituary
Born in Sudbury, ON she was the youngest daughter of Henry and Rita Fiedorowicz. Survived by her husband Larry of 44 years, son Charlie, sisters Christina (Ron), Julie, Brenda and brother Stefan (Michaela) and many nieces and nephews.
The majority of Sandy's working career was dedicated to caring for others. She made life more enjoyable for residents at St Charles Manor and other care homes in Victoria for many years.
Sandy was vivacious and fun loving with an infectious laugh. She was materially, emotionally and spiritually generous.
Her passion for baking kept everyone supplied with treats from the oven. A love of travel included trips to Hawaii, Mexico, the UK, Europe and several cruises.
Special thanks to the Victoria Palliative Care Team and Hospice for making Sandy's final days more comfortable.
A celebration of life will be held September 10 at 2pm at the Howard residence, 4318 Sunrise Rd, Duncan.

I had the extreme pleasure to know Sandra for 50 years as a neighbour originally and later as a patient in my office. It was always a very special time when she came to the office as she was the most positive, loving and energetic lady. She most certainly left this world a better place because she was in it.....loved by ALL
