WILD, Sheila Jean (nee Smirl)
Born November 15, 1945, in Victoria, BC. Passed away peacefully with family by her side on February 8, 2026. Survived by husband David, brother Ron, nieces Kim (Wyatt and Willow) and Sheena (Shelby). She will be greatly missed by extended family and friends. After a career at the Dockyard, she retired early and enjoyed 38 years of touring with the 5th wheel trailer, going on cruises, and international travel with David. Hobbies included spending time in her garden, cycling, and attending the symphony.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at VGH and BC Cancer Agency for their wonderful care.

A celebration of life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 10:00am.
