SUSAN DOREEN MUIR

June 17, 1940 - May 23, 2025

Susan Doreen Muir passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on Friday, May 23rd. Susan Doreen was born in Kuala Lumpur and when she came to Canada she chose beautiful Victoria, British Columbia as her home. She was an excellent host and enjoyed many beautiful meals with friends and family. A lover of design and architecture, Susan took great pride in her home and garden. What a treat it was for friends and family to visit and enjoy teatime around her creative table display in her beautiful flower garden. Devoted to her loving sister and best friend Pat (White), Susan felt so fortunate to have been able to spend quality time with Pat during her frequent visits to Victoria over the last number of years. A regular member at the Uplands Golf Club, Susan could often be found on the golf course with her group of friends and beloved husband Bill. Susan and Bill were fortunate to spend their final years surrounded by supportive friends and neighbors. She will be greatly missed by her dear friends John Marten and Janice Vansickle, Kathryn Lauren and Read Jorgensen. Our deepest gratitude to Dr. Mestleman and the whole team at Comfort Keepers who ensured Susan's final years were filled with love, attention, and care.
