Suzanne Olson Obituary
Predeceased by her parents, Gerald and Madeleine Ricard of Victoria.
Lovingly remembered by her sister José Weber (daughter Michelle), brother Michael Ricard (Kathy, four children and five grandchildren), and son Matthew Quinn (Patricia, three children).
As a teenager, Suzanne moved with her parents to Seattle and then spent many years living and working in the US. She moved to Victoria in 1997.
Her quick wit and sense of humour will be sorely missed by her family and many friends.
The family wish to thank all of Suzanne's doctors, nurses and caregivers who looked after her these past few years.
A celebration of life will be held at the Cook Street Activity Centre in July.
Donations can be made in Suzanne's name to the Victoria SPCA or Old Dogs Haven (www.olddoghaven.org) in Washington State.

Dear family of Suzanne, although I only cleaned once for Suzanne I found her to be such a charming person. She was full of light and love and much humour. It was a delight to clean for her and she was the kind of person whom when you met her you had felt you had know her all your life. I am so happy to have met her. Suzanne very lovingly and glowingly talked about her son whom she said was the greatest joy and accomplishment in her life. It was also so nice to see that she was being well looked after by her many friends who would stop in and see how she was doing and to see if she needed anything. It was very apparent that she was dearly loved by all and I am sure she is missed tremendously by all of you. Thank-you for the chance meeting Suzanne. I will never forget you, your smile or your giggle. God bless.
